I require all project assets ready before your project start date. It is important that all homework is completed prior to your Branding + Strategy Call to ensure a smooth process and no delays. For web design projects, I also require you to provide any branding assets, website copy, and branding photos if applicable. If you do not have professional website copy, I’m asking you to prepare simple copy for all main pages and I will add filler text or use Chat GPT where required. Additionally, I ask my clients to create a cute Pinterest board, so I know what design style they’re after. Any delay in submitting any of these may cause re-scheduling of the project or a restart fee.
What do I need to get started?
Professional branding photos, website copy, and paid font licenses are not included in above offerings. Additional expenses may include your Showit subscription, your domain name, advanced SEO, and the use of additional software like booking system, email marketing, and CRM. If you require professional branding photos please visit Branding Photography. Any add-on requests outside the service scope will incur an additional fee agreed prior.
What is not included in the investment?
Ensure that you can set aside enough time for your pre-project homework. I typically recommend to set aside around 2 weeks before your project start date. Your homework includes tasks like filling out relevant questionnaires, organising your copywriting and branding photos, providing necessary login details, etc.
You will need to be available for your Branding + Strategy Call which will take around 30-60 minutes depending on the service, either on the Project Start Day or an agreed earlier date. Please ensure you are closely available for any feedback or questions that may arise throughout the project timeline.
How much of my time will I need to set aside for this?
I understand that hiring a professional can be a big investment that's why Studio Ukino offers payment plans to accommodate small businesses that are ready to take the leap. You have the option between Paying In Full and Payment Plan. Paying In Full requires a 40% non-refundable deposit at the time of signing your contract and the remainder of the investment on the day before project start date. The Payment Plan is divided into 3 easy payments to break up the cost. Payments are due the day the contract is signed, 24 hours before project start date, and 3 weeks after your project is completed.
How does payment work?
Projects are usually getting booked 3-4 weeks in advance. Hence, I recommend getting in touch as soon as you know you are ready to invest in your business to avoid any disappointment. Your project start date will only be secured after the initial deposit is paid.
When can I get started?
I currently do not offer any copywriting services, however, I will gladly refer you to copywriters that I recommend. If you do not want to invest in a professional copywriter I can suggest that you make use of ChatGPT for basic copywriting guidance. However, I always recommend investing in a professional as you and your business deserves it. I offer Personal Branding Photography here. I'm based in Bunbury, Western Australia, and open to travel globally.
